REMEMBER WHERE YOU STARTED FROM

UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S ALL REAL

 

AND WITH YOUR POSITION YOU HAVE THE POWER TO HEAL

NEVER LET ANYONE DISCOURAGE YOU ENJOY YOUR THRILL

EXPERIENCE THE LUXURY OF EXPENSIVE MEALS

THAT WILL LEAD TO HIGHER DEALS

 

BUT WHILE SITTING ON CAPITOL HILL

GIVE YOURSELF A MOMENT TO SIT STILL

AND EXPERIENCE HOW IT FEELS

TAKE IN THE AIR AND ENJOY IT'S CHILL

BUT BE MINDFUL; WHILE EXPRESSING YOUR FREE WILL

Poem Dedication 

This poem was written for all the individuals who aspire to be something Extraordinary. Remember to always be your own person and do things that are truly genuine from your heart. Anyone can change the minds of others it's just up to the individual to deliver what their heart has to say.    

 

My Definition of Love

Love is not something that happens

love is something that is

Alll that is given

And all that is

Love is my creativity

Love is my happiness

Love is my family

And love is my faithfulness to teach 

Poem Dedication

This poem is dedicated to family, even though there are times when families feel torn apart. It is important that we keep family first, and never feel threaten by ones accomplishments. It takes a whole family to educate a village of future scholars. Therefore, I vow to my family that I will lead by example and continue to open the doors that stand in my family’s way.  

The Cold Wave  

I dreamed of this day

Wondering what it would be like

To engage myself in a tough love situation

Developing a relationship which was ignited

From a life changing conversation

Knowing that all our personalities where different

However, we all understand the aptitude to lead

But respected the idea that all men must stand together

I too developed the goal of becoming my brother’s keeper  

Because we share a similar burden

Look at us sharply as it explodes from our hearts

The name is engraved in Old Gold

Feel its courage as it sits within your presents

Respect our ideas as we conquer what our founders revolutionized

We are the trend setters, never duplicators

Your colors are the replication of our DNA

Talk to me my sons and daughters

To feel my heart is to believe your pulse

Understand our struggles are different

We are first; everything you received was because of us

And to my ICE COLD Brothers

Never sit still but respect the idea of reason

knowing that you can do anything
